As a commercial centre, it did well for employment in the analysis, and its highway and train accessibility mad for easy access to the coast according to the rankings. The suburb ranks second-best for access to education overall in the study, as well as having coastal and beach access via the neighbouring suburb of Nudgee. Its one of the lowest ranked suburbs for access to secondary education though, and its tree cover score needs improvement. Located in the Burbank suburb which is located in the south of Brisbane, the Shree Laxmi . Access to retail is another strong point but poor tree cover and open space drag down its overall score.
