The second time I think I had the same issue as you and Dexcom sent me a new transmitter and sensor. I had successfully used option 2 four separate times with no issues. We had the phone by the sensor, but the actual dexcom receiver was totall out of range the entire time . Since Im coming from the Enlite, I kind of expect the sensor and transmitter to last about the same length of time before a recharge (I could only get 7 days because the Enlite was so irritating to my skin and lost most of its accurracy by the time the transmitter needed a charge), so I was hoping to get in 3 10-day sessions now.
